The Inner Mongolia Zhuozheng Chemical Project reached an important construction milestone on August 4 – the first batch of equipment for the synthesis unit was delivered to the site and successfully lifted into place. This marks the official start of the installation phase for this project, pushing forward its progress. That morning, in the presence of the project owner, the supervision unit, and the project team, the core equipment of the PSA hydrogen production plant – a gas-liquid separator weighing 8 tons, standing 5 meters tall, and with a diameter of 2 meters – was smoothly lifted using a crane and placed in position in one go, thus successfully completing the installation of the first batch of key equipment. To ensure the safety and efficiency of this lifting operation, the project team made advance arrangements and organized everything in a scientific manner. First, optimize the construction plan and refine the lifting process ； Second, strengthen the delivery of safety technical instructions to ensure proper operation procedures ； Third, coordinate the allocation of resources to ensure the coordinated operation of people, machines, and materials.
