Recently, the packaging and warehouse for the polypropylene unit of the Fujian Zhongsha Gulei Ethylene Project, which was under the general contract of China National Chemical Engineering Corporation Hualu, were successfully completed mechanically. As a result, Hualu Company became the first EPC contractor to complete the installation of the main machinery within the project area under ISBL, marking a milestone in the project’s development and laying a solid foundation for its timely progress as a whole. The project director of the owner, the polypropylene division, the OPMT team, the supervision team from Guangdong Sinopec, the leaders of Hualu Company and the construction units, among other parties involved in the project, attended the on-site signing ceremony. The packaging and warehouse area of the polypropylene plant covers an area of 42,777 square meters. It includes 2 core systems and 11 sub-systems, and carries out important functions such as the storage, handling, and safety protection of polypropylene products. This area features a high degree of system integration, complex construction interfaces, and great difficulties in coordinated management. Since the commencement of work on October 16, 2024, the project team has always adhered to the management philosophy of \"safety first, quality foremost, schedule critical, and compliance as the foundation,\" coordinating resource allocation in a scientific manner to advance the construction tasks efficiently. Faced with multiple pressures such as tight deadlines and complex systems, the project team innovated its management approach by establishing a dedicated \"Packaging and Warehouse Area Machinery Completion Task Force,\" creating a work mechanism characterized by clear responsibilities, rapid response, and efficient collaboration. The command center coordinates all aspects of design, procurement, and construction, conducts real-time analysis of issues related to the critical path and makes prompt decisions, thereby effectively overcoming obstacles in the construction process and significantly improving execution efficiency. Fully leverage the leading role of party building by establishing \"party member responsibility zones\" and \"party member task forces\", and organize party members and cadres to take the lead in key processes, high-risk tasks, and critical phases, transforming organizational advantages into a strong driving force for project development so as to ensure both progress control and compliance with quality and safety standards. Next, the project team will continue to uphold the company’s core value of \"exceeding customer expectations and creating best practices.\" Focusing on the tasks during the commissioning and testing phases, it will fully cooperate with the client to advance system integration, performance testing, and preparations for operational testing, ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient commissioning of the project.
