The core equipment of Unit 1 of the high-end new material adipic acid project, namely the 320,000-ton/year cyclohexanol plant, the \"hydrogenation settler\", was successfully lifted and accurately installed in place. One day before the lifting operation, the project had successfully completed the lifting of two hydrogenation reactors and four key towers, laying the foundation for the installation of the larger equipment. As the key equipment for this lifting operation, the hydrogenation settler weighs 202 tons, making the lifting process difficult and requiring high precision. The project team developed a specialized plan in advance, and various teams maintained close communication on the key aspects to ensure that operations are safe and under control. During the lifting process, the thousand-ton main crane and the auxiliary cranes worked together to lift the equipment steadily over several hours to a height of 50.48 meters. The equipment was installed with precision, thereby overcoming a key bottleneck in the construction of the cyclohexanol plant; processes such as pipeline welding and electrical instrumentation installation could then proceed at an accelerated pace.
