The Liaoning Zhenhua Dadao tank farm project was delivered ahead of schedule

On September 25, the Beijing branch of China National Chemical Sixth Construction Corporation, which was responsible for the construction of the Liaoning Zhenhua Petroleum Dadao Tank Farm project under an EPCC turnkey contract, completed the project ahead of schedule; the project thus moved from the construction phase to the preparation phase for operation. This project is an important implementation of the **\"Revitalizing Northeast China\" strategy in the field of energy; it constitutes a key infrastructure component of Liaoning Province’s energy storage and transportation system. It plays a vital role in ensuring the security of the regional energy supply chain as well as supporting local economic development. Additionally, it has been designated as a key project for the construction of the new land-sea corridor in the Northeast. Upon completion, the project will foster the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industrial chains, and contribute to the integrated development of the petroleum and petrochemical industries in terms of scale, intensification, high-end capabilities, and sustainability, thereby helping to integrate them into the new development framework of a dual circulation economy. It holds great significance for optimizing the energy industry structure in the Northeast region and promoting high-quality economic development there.
