On October 21, the handover ceremony for the Jinzhou–Dadayu Energy Base–Panjin oil pipeline project, constructed by Company 1 of China National Petroleum Pipeline Bureau Engineering Co., Ltd., was held in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. This marked the completion of the main part of the project and the establishment of a continuous pipeline across the entire route. As a key project under the **\"Revitalization of the Northeast\" strategy and the development of the new land-sea corridor in the Northeast, the successful progress of this project will significantly enhance the region’s energy security capabilities and contribute to the economic and social development of the Northeast. The project includes two crude oil pipelines, Huajin and Beili, which start from the Jinzhou Port pumping station in the Binhai New Area of Jinzhou City, pass by the Dadao pumping station, and end at the Panjin pumping station and the Beili pumping station in Panjin City. Section 1 of the pipeline project, undertaken by Company 1 of the Pipeline Bureau, has a total length of 74.46 kilometers and includes various key sites such as 2 oil transfer stations and 4 valve rooms. As an important energy infrastructure project in the Northeast region, the Dadao Project bears the responsibility of promoting regional economic development, and it is of great significance for fostering coordinated development within and outside the oil and petrochemical industry chain. Faced with challenges such as large construction scales, tight schedules, and complex work interfaces, the project team innovatively adopted the EPCC general contracting model and implemented management mechanisms such as \"daily on-site meetings\" and \"rotating inspections by the general contractor,\" thereby effectively improving coordination efficiency. In terms of quality and safety management, the project employs \"risk control maps\" for visual risk management, and by combining daily inspections with an immediate corrective action system, it has successfully addressed various construction risks such as those associated with large-scale formwork and deep foundations.
