The Hebei Zhengyuan ammonia and urea production project, undertaken by LiuHuaJian, has completed two installation milestones. Recently, the installation of the steel structures for the nozzle layer and water-bearing layer of the urea granulation tower in this project was successfully finished. This project is a key project in Hebei Province, with a total investment of 2.884 billion yuan. It will be built using the independently developed \"high-efficiency synthesis, low-energy consumption urea technology,\" and aims to create a complete industrial chain that includes air separation, gasification, purification, ammonia synthesis, urea production, as well as various auxiliary facilities. Once the project is completed and put into operation, it will produce 600 million cubic meters of hydrogen, 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, and 520,000 tons of urea per year. This will help drive the local coal chemical industry toward higher levels of sophistication, intelligence, and low carbon emissions, thereby contributing to the optimization of the energy structure in North China.
