On October 29, with the successful pouring of the last batch of concrete, the granule homogenization framework at the Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Engineering project was completed, marking another milestone in the construction of the project’s main structure. This achievement lays a solid foundation for the subsequent steps such as equipment installation and pipeline laying. It is reported that the granule homogenization frame is 15 meters high, 46.7 meters long, and 19 meters wide; it is constructed of reinforced concrete. A total of 2,300 cubic meters of concrete were poured for the entire project, with 1,030 cubic meters poured in this particular phase, and the pouring was completed over 33 hours. During the construction process, the project team has always adhered to the principles of \"quality first, safety foremost,\" taking various measures to ensure high-quality completion of the project: in the initial stage, it organized joint reviews by multiple departments to optimize the construction plan ; During the process, on-site supervision was carried out for key tasks such as high-altitude formwork erection and steel bar binding, to ensure the precise installation of the 560-ton worth of steel bars ; To address the impact of various factors such as sandstorms and temperature drops on the quality of concrete pouring, the project team stocked wind protection equipment in advance and adjusted the pouring times accordingly to ensure the continuous progress of construction. At the same time, the construction unit and the supervision unit cooperate actively, carrying out regular quality and safety inspections and resolving promptly the issues that arise during construction, thus creating a favorable situation of collaborative progress among all parties involved. The successful completion of the granule homogenization framework is the result of the joint efforts of all staff in the project team, and it has also provided us with valuable experience for future work. Next, the project team will continue to maintain strict controls over quality and safety, optimize the construction process, and accelerate the project’s progress, striving to achieve operational status as soon as possible in order to contribute to the development of the local chemical industry.
