On October 31, the lifting of the 220-ton steel structure module for the olefin separation unit at the China Coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base, constructed by Sinopec Fourth Construction Company, was successfully completed. During the construction of this project, the Project Management Department of Sinopec Fourth Construction Company’s Second Engineering Division adhered to strict safety controls as a core principle, thoroughly implemented the requirements for the \"six standardizations\" in project construction, and strictly followed the safety management guidelines of \"six capabilities and six no’s\". Precise planning is carried out before construction; by working efficiently with designers and prefabrication manufacturers to optimize plans, it is ensured that the steel structures are delivered in a manner that facilitates modular installation. During construction, the principle of \"using modules whenever possible instead of individual components\" is adhered to. At the same time, process flows are optimized in a timely manner; tasks such as applying topcoats to beams and columns as well as painting joint plates are carried out on the ground. Every effort is made to achieve \"zero remaining tasks\" in construction, which not only reduces the risks associated with working at heights but also significantly improves construction efficiency. The completion of this module lifting lays the foundation for subsequent pipeline installation work, reflecting the project’s commitment to safe and efficient construction.
