On October 25, the piling work for Yanshan Petrochemical’s green high-end rubber new materials project in Tianjin Nangang officially began. At 11:18 on that day, multiple pile drivers at the site were activated simultaneously, and the first engineering pile of the project was successfully driven in. The completion of this key milestone signifies that the construction of the project has fully entered the engineering phase, holding significant symbolic importance for the overall progress of the project. It is understood that the piling work for this project is carried out in two separate lots; the construction tasks are undertaken jointly by Yanhua Tianzheng and Tianjin Haisheng, while the supervision tasks are handled respectively by Beijing Huaxia and Nanjing Jinling. The planned duration for this piling construction is 35 days. To ensure timely progress and quality, over 20 piling machines along with associated construction equipment will be deployed during the peak construction period, with the goal of completing the installation of more than 9,700 engineering piles on schedule. These engineering piles will provide solid and reliable foundation support for the construction of key structures in subsequent projects, such as core facilities and large-scale factory buildings. According to the Carbon Black Industry Network, with the successful commencement of piling work, the construction of the Yanshan Petrochemical Tianjin Nangang Green High-End Rubber New Materials Project is now in full swing. Various subsequent construction tasks will be carried out in an orderly manner in accordance with the plan, laying a solid foundation for the project’s early commissioning. The Yanshan Petrochemical Tianjin Nangang Green High-End Rubber New Materials Project is located in the Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone and covers an area of 27.7 hectares. It is a key project for Yanshan Petrochemical aimed at balancing development at its headquarters with the establishment of factories in other locations. The main construction elements include a 100,000-ton/year styrene-butadiene rubber production facility, a 100,000-ton/year polybutadiene rubber production facility, as well as supporting utility systems and auxiliary facilities.
