Project for Crude Oil Terminal No. 2 at Xianren Island Port Area, Yingkou Port

As of November 5, at the construction site of Terminal No. 2 for crude oil at the Xianrendao Port area of Yingkou Port, whose total investment amounts to 934 million yuan, the terminal, auxiliary facilities, and underwater pipelines have all been completed, while the land-based pipelines and crude oil transmission lines are still under construction. By 2025, the Xianrendao Economic Development Zone in Yingkou will aim to achieve new breakthroughs in its comprehensive revitalization efforts over a three-year period. By leveraging project development as a driving force, it will continue to optimize its industrial structure, exhibiting a positive development trend of steady progress coupled with improved quality, thus delivering satisfactory results as the 14th Five-Year Plan comes to an end.
At the site of the No. 2 crude oil terminal project in the Xianren Island port area of Yingkou Port, the terminal building, auxiliary facilities, and underwater pipelines have been completed, while the land-based pipelines and crude oil transmission lines are under accelerated construction. With a total investment of 934 million yuan and a designed annual handling capacity of 16 million tons, this project is scheduled to be completed in its entirety by the end of 2026. Upon completion of this project, it will further enhance and improve the advantages of the port’s resources as well as its radiating influence, holding great significance for the formation and development of Yingkou’s port-related petrochemical industry belt, as well as for the construction of Liaoning’s coastal economic belt.
