At 18:35 on the afternoon of November 6, 2025, another success was achieved in the 33,000 Nm³/h air separation project for Phase II of Guangxi Hengyi New Materials Co., Ltd., which is being constructed by Project Department 206 of the Second Branch and Air Separation Engineering Division of Zhejiang Industrial Equipment Installation Group Co., Ltd. – the concrete pouring for the composite foundation slab of the compressors was completed successfully. This marks a significant advancement in the construction of the foundations for the key equipment in this project, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of larger equipment and the progress of the entire project. The compressor joint foundation, for which the topping concrete pouring was completed this time, is one of the core structures of the air separation unit, and it plays a crucial role in supporting key rotating equipment such as air compressors and boosters. The infrastructure has large dimensions, dense rebar, and high precision requirements for embedded components, making the construction technology quite challenging. The project team organized the work scientifically and planned it meticulously, strictly following the construction plan to ensure that the concrete pouring was carried out in a continuous, orderly manner and to high quality; as a result, the structural strength and geometric dimensions met all the design and regulatory requirements. Since the commencement of the civil engineering works on April 26, 2025, the project team has faced challenges such as a tight schedule, variable weather conditions, and frequent overlapping construction activities. In response, it has actively optimized the construction organization and strengthened safety and quality management. Previously, the project completed the pouring of concrete for the foundation of the cold storage tank on June 21, 2025, and finished pouring the concrete for the foundations of the air and water tower slabs on the afternoon of November 4, 2025 ； The successful completion of the combined compressor foundation and top slab represents another key milestone following the completion of the cryogenic tank foundation, demonstrating once again the efficient project execution capabilities and professional construction skills of \"Zhejiang Installation\". At present, work at the project site is progressing simultaneously in multiple areas on a comprehensive basis. The construction of four individual structures – the foundation for the compressor silencer equipment, the foundation for the air-cooled tower equipment, the foundation for the water-cooled tower equipment, and the foundation for the silencing tower equipment – is advancing in an orderly manner as planned. The project team will continue to adhere to the principles of \"safety first, quality foremost, and controllable progress,\" and make every effort to advance the construction of the main structure, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to high standards. Once completed, this air separation facility will supply the Guangxi Hengyi New Materials production base with stable, high-purity industrial gases such as oxygen and nitrogen, thereby providing strong support for the expansion of its industrial chain and the upgrade of its production capacity. It holds great significance for promoting the high-quality development of the regional new materials industry.
