Through a series of optimization measures, the daily welding volume of the CPP101 unit increased steadily from 33 welds to 50, with a peak total of 460 welds recorded within two weeks. From groove preparation and root welding to filling and finishing, each stage works in close coordination for efficient progress. With all members working together, they set a record of 841 crossings at the end of July, and surpassed 944 crossings in August, demonstrating their strong strength. The team integrates quality management throughout the entire construction process: technical personnel use typical cases to explain in detail the daily tasks, and clarify the standards and minimum requirements for key processes such as root welding and groove preparation ； Quality inspectors monitor the entire process, verify parameters in real time, check the quality of the welds, and address any issues immediately ； After work each day, welders and technicians work together to analyze the reasons for defective welds, develop improvement measures, and enhance the quality awareness of all staff through \"problem sharing\". By the end of October, Unit CPP101 had completed a total of 5,553 welds, with a first-pass success rate of 98.9%, earning recognition from all parties for its excellent quality.
