The first ignition of Boiler No. 5 in the second phase of the Alxa Natural Soda project was successful. On November 5, the first ignition of Boiler No. 5 in the cogeneration unit of the second phase of the Inner Mongolia Boyuan Alxa Natural Soda project was successful. During the ignition phase, the operators carried out all the required procedures with precision; the ignition gun on site managed to start a flame, and the monitoring screens showed that the flame was burning steadily inside the furnace. The first attempt at ignition was successful, laying a crucial foundation for the further progress of the project
