On November 28, the archive acceptance process for Anhui Carbonxin’s 30,000-ton/year ethylamine production project, which was under the general contracting of Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Beiyou Engineering”), was successfully completed. This marks the full entry of the project into the trial production phase, providing strong support for the region’s development in the high-end chemical industry. Located in the Linhuan Industrial Park of Suixi County, Huaibei City, Anhui Province, this project focuses on the construction of an ethylamine production facility along with the associated utility systems and auxiliary facilities; it represents a key extension of CarbonX Technology Company’s coal chemical industry chain. The products include monoethylamine, diethylamine, and triethylamine, which are widely used in fields such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, catalysts, and surfactants. Beiyou Engineering emphasizes technological innovation and green, low-carbon development in the implementation of its projects, and adopts various measures to ensure their efficient progress. The project adopts the internationally leading low-pressure hydrogenation ammoxidation process for ethanol, achieving efficient production with low energy consumption and low emissions. By adjusting the catalyst formulation and process, the contents of various components in the product can be controlled to meet the diverse product requirements of the market. It has not only enhanced the market competitiveness of domestic ethylamine but also contributed to the improvement of the domestic fine chemical industry chain. The special project acceptance covers key aspects such as planning, lightning protection, fire safety, environmental protection, safety facilities, energy efficiency, and documentation, and is carried out jointly by government agencies and third-party organizations. To date, all the specialized acceptance tests for the project have been completed. The successful completion of these tests not only verifies the compliance of the project’s design and the quality of its construction but also paves the way for continuous trial production.
