Everyone is welcome to participate in the discussions. ----------------------------------------------------------- Principle of operation: Cross-flow continuous drying. The material is spread on a conveyor belt, which moves it through the drying chamber; hot air passes through the material layer from above and below to remove moisture. The DW series of multi-layer belt dryers feature a compact structure and low floor space, and can be designed in various hot air circulation drying configurations based on the drying characteristics of the materials. Applicable materials: flaky, strip-shaped, and granular materials; it is particularly suitable for materials that cannot be dried rapidly at high temperatures, offering great operational flexibility. Suitable for the large-scale production of difficult-to-dry materials with low drying rates.
