The testing of polysilicon involves two aspects: 1. In-process control testing includes the inspection of raw materials, PB testing, the determination of the content of intermediate products, and metal detection. Product testing includes P\B testing, resistivity testing, heavy metal testing, C\O testing, and detection of impurity types. During the testing process, it is important to ensure that the sampling equipment is clean, that the samples taken are representative, that the environment in which the samples are processed is clean, that the chemicals used are pure, and that the methods employed have been thoroughly validated.
