What should be included in an LNG plant performance assessment report? Is only power consumption per unit of output sufficient?
It depends on which of your metrics have a greater impact on costs
It seems that apart from labor, other input-output performance factors also need to be taken into account under different loads.
Lacking experience, the assessment report provided by the general contractor only includes information on power consumption and production volume over 72 hours; nothing else is listed. . . .
General evaluations should consider the energy consumption per unit of output, as well as water, electricity usage, and the operating condition of the equipment.
The key performance indicators vary depending on the device, and it is not possible to consider only energy consumption as a factor.
