Can the oil-water separator used on ships be used to treat wastewater from LNG receiving stations?

I saw that wastewater treatment at the receiving station occupies such a large area, but the one on the ship is much smaller yet can still handle 5 tons per hour.
No, after separation by the oil-water separator on board, part of the oil goes into the sludge tank while another part goes into the bilge tank; the bilge water can be discharged directly (as long as its concentration is below 15 ppm). The contaminated oil still needs to be taken to shore to specialized companies for treatment.
