Because they bully those who are weak and fear those who are strong, they target China, a major importer of natural gas
The base price at the Henry Center does not include shipping costs; additional fees are required to deliver it to China.
Henry Hub benchmark price * 1.15 + $2.50 (liquefaction fee). This is an FOB price that includes the liquefaction fee; transportation costs are not included in this amount. I also hope everyone can explain why we need to multiply by 1.15?
