At present, for the issue of LNG gasification, small inland stations generally use air-cooled gasifiers for this purpose. However, these gasifiers are highly dependent on local temperatures, and external icing is a serious problem. How do people deal with such situations?

A water bath-type vaporizer is placed in front of the air-temperature type vaporizer; it is used in winter or when a large amount of vaporization is required. Use this for carburetor switching when frosting is severe. It still doesn’t work; manual de-icing with a stick is needed.

Add to the water bath before ambient temperature? I would like to ask, what is the approximate outlet temperature of the water bath?
Why add a water bath before the air temperature? What is then the outlet temperature of the water bath?
The water bath heater is actually behind the vaporizer; I mistook it for being on the second floor.
We can spray water on it, or hit it with a wooden stick; it’s best to add a vaporizer as well – it’s not very expensive.
Memory is confused. The simple gasification station should be at the back. I originally had a water-bath vaporizer from a liquid plant in front. Behind it is a shell-and-tube heat exchanger that uses natural gas for heating; sometimes, when there is too much frost formation, we switch to the water-bath vaporizer from the year before last.
I misjudged you. I work at an LNG liquefaction plant, and I really haven’t seen a water bath heater in front of the vaporizer with my own eyes
