When renewing the license, if there are changes in the name of the business entity, its type, the person in charge, the scope of authorization, or the location where operations or storage take place, such changes should be handled simultaneously with the license renewal; no separate procedures for making these changes are required. If an application for renewal is not submitted within the validity period of the business license, and the operation of hazardous chemicals continues after the expiration of that period, a new application must be filed. Within the validity period of the hazardous chemicals business license, and when there is no need for renewal, the business entity shall go through the corresponding change procedures in the following cases: change in the company name, change in the type of entity, or change in the person in charge of the entity ； (2) Change in the scope of permission: First, the operating entity reduces the scope of its permitted business activities ； Second, the operating entity expands the scope of its permitted activities (for example, it must reapply within the valid period; if the license has expired, this expansion should be handled along with the renewal process). ）（3）Change in the business address number: When the address number of a business location changes due to adjustments in administrative divisions, name changes, or other reasons, the business entity must go through the procedures for making such a change. Reissue in case of loss (paper documents required): If a business operating hazardous chemicals loses its license, it must publish a notice of loss in a municipal newspaper and go through the procedures for reissuing the license. Cancellation (for paper-based applications): If the validity period of a hazardous chemicals business license expires without renewal, the license becomes invalid. A hazardous chemicals business entity shall go through the formalities for canceling its business license in accordance with the law if it falls under any of the following circumstances: the legal person or other organization ceases to exist in accordance with the law ； (2) Those whose licenses for handling hazardous chemicals have been revoked in accordance with the law ； Business entities that cease to engage in the handling of hazardous chemicals during the validity period of their license should also apply for cancellation procedures.
