Questions about end-style parking lots

According to the relevant specifications, some stations do not need to have circular fire lanes; instead, end-style turnaround areas are used. However, there is currently no clear indication as to what exactly constitutes an end-style turnaround area – whether it means reaching a certain point behind the tank area from the entrance, or if areas adjacent to it also count. Does anyone know the relevant guidelines? Please help me out.
End-type fire lanes should be equipped with a turnaround lane or turnaround area, the area of which should not be less than 12m x 12m; for high-rise buildings, it should not be less than 15m x 15m； The area of the turnaround space for large fire trucks should not be less than 18×18 square meters. Put simply, the end of the lane is a dead end; one has to turn back when reaching that point. Typically, fire lanes surrounding buildings wind around the building itself. For this end-on lane, a U-turn area or return lane is required to enable turning around, and the area of such a U-turn area should not be less than 12M x 12M.

The location of the return yard can be determined based on actual conditions; it can be placed next to the tank area as well.
