Is there any standard reference stating that the allowable deviation for natural gas transmission in our country is temporarily set at no more than (±2%)? ? ?
**The National Development and Reform Commission stipulated in the \"Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Regulation of Gas Distribution Prices\" (Document No. Fa Gai Jia Ge 1171) that the supply and sales margin (including losses) should, in principle, not exceed 5%, with this figure to be reduced to no more than 4% within three years. Various provinces have also successively introduced their own management measures.
