Fragile bearings

Which types of equipment have bearings that tend to wear out easily, and where would the economic benefits be significant if the lifespan of those bearings could be extended?
Firstly, it is the quality of the bearings manufactured by the supplier; there is no oil leakage and the cleaning results are satisfactory. Secondly, it relates to the type of lubricant used, as well as the regular replacement of this lubricant for maintenance purposes. There is no abnormal wear, and the oil temperature remains low
What I want to ask is about those operating conditions in which, under normal circumstances, the performance of the bearing itself does not meet the expected levels
