Does anyone know what kind of insulation material K-FLEX is?

There is a project for insulating the pipelines at a medium-pressure LNG storage station. The client’s bill of quantities specifies that K-FLEX should be used as the insulating material. Does anyone know what kind of insulating material K-FLEX is?
K-FLEX is a brand
It is a black, closed-cell cryogenic insulation material similar to sponge; we have used it before. Based on practical experience, this material is not recommended.

K-FLEX is a flexible insulation material from Italy’s Fulux; it can withstand temperatures as low as -200°C, with a moisture resistance factor of over 10,000 (whereas the moisture resistance factor of conventional rigid insulation materials commonly used in the market is around 500). It is currently used primarily in industries such as LNG, air separation, and ethylene production. This material is particularly widely used abroad. Compared to traditional insulation materials, it offers the advantages of easy installation, lower heat loss, and a longer service life. Our company is a first-level distributor of Italy’s K-FLEX flexible insulation material.
