May I ask, as prerequisites for insuring an LNG carrier, in addition to being seagoing-qualified and classified, is it necessary to be a member of the Petroleum Organization Association? !
This shouldn’t be a mandatory requirement. Joining the Petroleum Organization Association can expand business opportunities, as some ports within the association’s network prohibit ships that are not members of this organization from docking.
