Does anyone know anything about two-stage carburetors?

Recently, there was an LNG vaporization plant where the owner wanted to use a two-stage air-cooled vaporizer: the first stage had a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters per hour, and the second stage had a capacity of 12,000 cubic meters per hour, resulting in an overall vaporization capacity of 30,000 cubic meters per hour. The vaporizer has dimensions of 3 meters by 3.2 meters; at first glance, it seems that its vaporization capacity isn’t very reliable. I wonder if anyone familiar with this type of vaporizer is around?
Whether it’s reliable or not is determined by the designer through data calculations, I suppose. It’s just an unfounded \"sort of unreliable\" claim…… The designer will get angry.
That’s why I’m wondering if there are anyone who knows something about the capabilities of this type of carburetor!
