At 17:30 on April 2, following the processing of the wet raw gas at the facility, the qualified product gas was transported and fed into the Yong’an valve room on the North Main Line, marking the successful commissioning of the Jinqian 832 cryogenic processing station in one go. This achievement reduced the production costs associated with tight gas in this oil field area, minimized risks related to temporary production operations, resolved the bottlenecks in the recovery of oil and gas from the Jinqian 17 platform, and facilitated the high-quality production of tight gas from the Jinqian 8 oil field area. Jinqian 832 Shallow Cryogenic Station is currently the largest shallow cryogenic dehydration and dehydrogenation station operated by Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company. This station uses a propane refrigeration system and has functions such as gas collection, pressurization, dehydration and dehydrogenation, VOC recovery, as well as oil-water separation. It was initially connected to 7 platforms south of the Kaijiang River, including Jinqian 827. Given the tight schedule and heavy workload associated with this project, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company paid close attention to oversight at every stage, taking various measures to ensure the successful commissioning of the Jinqian 832 cryogenic station. First, organize on-site learning at the Jinqian 832 shallow cold storage facility as well as design briefings, establish a communication channel between technical management personnel and project designers, and coordinate design optimizations based on the requirements of production operations. Secondly, adhering to the principle of \"early deployment, early operation, and early results,\" preparations for commissioning are organized in advance; a dedicated team for commissioning preparation goes to the site ahead of time. Strict on-site inspections are carried out with regard to issues such as design omissions, unfinished work, and construction quality, a list of problems is created, action plans are formulated, and timely corrective actions are taken to resolve these issues. Third, optimize and improve the commissioning plan and emergency response plans; organize personnel in advance to conduct on-site simulations of the operational procedures for commissioning, emergency handling, automatic control operations, etc., and make steady progress on key tasks such as the nitrogen displacement of natural gas at the Jinqian 843 booster station, the 7 platforms, and the 6 pipelines, as well as the overall pressure increase, to ensure the successful commissioning of the project in one go. Going forward, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company will optimize the regulation of gas flow within the well area, based on the production performance of the new wells in the Jinqian 8 wellfield and the demand for connectivity in the area north of Kaijiang. It will also organize gas collection and pressurization processes in a precise manner to ensure sustained and stable production in the Jinqian 8 wellfield, as well as rapid increase in production in the Zhongjiang area.
