The company is preparing to attend the Munich Biochemical Exhibition. From the initial planning to arranging the timing and other aspects related to the participation, everyone is extremely tired.
It does take a lot of time, from deciding to participate in the exhibition to its conclusion. However, companies can discover more customers, increase their visibility, and engage in industry exchanges by attending such exhibitions. You are doing a truly great job~
When I was in charge of preparing for the exhibition before, I felt just like you do now – so exhausted~
This is generally the case when attending offline trade shows; there are many factors to take into consideration, and all arrangements and costs need to be carefully planned. In particular, the setup of the exhibition booth is related to costs, which represent one of the most difficult issues to address. I remember that when my company attended an exhibition, we spent several days making decisions regarding the overall costs, as the company wanted to achieve the best results with the least amount of money possible. Some time ago, I attended a forum in the exhibition industry that focused on the future trends of exhibitions. There was a company that specializes in dual-format exhibitions; its name was something like Zhanpai or similar. The CEO of that company said, “Exhibitions are not held merely for the purpose of display; their true value lies in how they enable the integration of industry resources and the establishment of effective channels between upstream enterprises and end-users.” I think there is merit in his viewpoint. I’m just wondering whether such online exhibitions can address the issues of complexity and high costs associated with participating in traditional exhibitions.
