What are the third-party testing agencies for various oils such as lubricating oils and transformer oils? Large ones, or private enterprises are both acceptable******
1. Import and export commodity inspection bureaus in provinces or municipalities directly under the central government; 2. Large-scale oil quality assessment centers belonging to Sinopec and CNPC; 3. Inspection centers of specialized research institutions for lubricants and additives; 4. Central laboratories or quality control centers of large petrochemical enterprises

In Beijing or its vicinity, one can go to the Analysis Center or Motor Evaluation Center at No. 18 Xueyuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing, which is part of the Beijing Research Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Technology. They are professional and dedicated; although their fees may be slightly higher than those of so-called professional testing agencies in the industry, they are reliable and trustworthy. The analysis results for the samples they examine are guaranteed to be accurate, and they can provide professional answers to your various questions.
