What material should be chosen for the pipeline transportation of hydrogen chloride gas?

Due to the project construction, there is a need to transport hydrogen chloride gas over long distances. The gas temperature is 25 degrees Celsius, and the pressure is 0.2 MPa. The moisture content in the hydrogen chloride is approximately 5–10 PPM. May I ask if it’s possible to choose carbon steel? Is there a possibility of visible water appearing during long-distance transportation?
The pressure is not high; one can definitely opt for pipes with a steel lining and PTFE coating, or simply use PVC pipes.
