1. Data tampering: a) Intentionally replacing, concealing, or discarding test samples, or altering the properties of these samples through methods such as dilution, adsorption, absorption, filtration, or changing the conditions under which the samples are stored; b) Intentionally omitting the testing of key parameters, or deliberately modifying the testing methods for such parameters without proper justification; c) Intentionally altering or disrupting the environmental conditions or operating status of instruments and equipment, or deleting, modifying, adding to, or interfering with the data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted by detection devices; or deliberately using reagents or standard samples to interfere with the instruments ; d) Intentionally failing to record or selectively recording the raw data ; e) Altering or destroying original records, or failing to transmit original data in accordance with specifications ; f) Making unreasonable rounding or selection of the original data, or selectively evaluating the test data, issuing test reports or releasing results, thereby distorting the evaluation conclusions ; g) Those who modify data without authorization ; 2. Falsified data: a) Discrepancies between paper-based original records and electronically stored records, or inconsistencies between spectrograms and analysis results, or the use of analysis results and spectrograms from other samples as substitutes ; b) The test report does not match the information in the original records, or there is no corresponding original data ; c) The copy of the test report does not match the original ; d) Falsifying the testing time or signature ; e) Generate test data out of thin air using the instrument’s data simulation function, or by installing simulation software ; f) Test data is issued directly without conducting sampling or analysis ; g) Failure to retain or store samples as required, resulting in an inability to review the test results ; 3 In accordance with T/SDAQI 017—2021
