Accuracy of dynamic weighing scales

I would like to ask the experts: has anyone worked on dynamic weighing scales? What level of precision can be achieved? Can an error of 0.02kg or 0.05kg be achieved? Which brand of sensors and weight transmitters is more reliable? What are the things to keep in mind when using this type of scale?
Since it’s a discussion, why don’t you start by sharing your own views? From the content of your post, it seems you’re not discussing something but are seeking help. In other words, coming to Mount Wei Hu is at best a loophole; it’s by no means a real way to get in.
I have two options now, one static and one dynamic. The sensors currently use Keli; if needed in the future, Torrido might be used instead. It’s even more of a request for help, as I encounter a problem: the scale doesn’t return to zero after each weighing.
Dynamic testing and data collection are currently in progress; if anyone with experience in similar projects is available, they can offer some valuable suggestions.
