Furthermore, spent catalysts and catalysts that need to be regenerated after use are not the same concept; spent catalysts are generally recycled rather than regenerated. The Beijing Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology, and Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum Processing should be capable. Additionally, the catalyst manufacturing enterprises under Sinopec and CNPC should also be able to do it.
