4 key issues in flight inspections: 1. Qualification issues: 1) Inspection and testing activities must be carried out in accordance with the inspection and testing standards, methods, and parameter specifications specified in the appendix related to qualification assessment capabilities. Check whether there are any situations where the capabilities exceed those specified in the qualification certification. (2) If the qualification certification is revoked, cancelled, or suspended, it shall not continue to provide society with data or results that serve as proof. (3) Inspection and testing activities shall be carried out within the period authorized by the qualification certification. 2. Reporting issues: (1) Carry out inspection and testing activities in accordance with relevant standards and procedures. (2) The original records and inspection/test reports are traceable. (3) The terminology in the inspection and testing reports is standardized, with clear criteria ； It meets the requirements related to qualification certification as well as the provisions stipulated in the contract. (4) During the period when ordered by the competent authority to make corrections, it is not permitted to issue data and results with evidential value to the public without authorization. 3. Fraud issues: Institutions and relevant personnel shall not engage in the following practices of issuing false inspection and testing data or results: (1) Issuing inspection and testing data or results without conducting any inspection or testing first ； (2) Altering or fabricating original data and records, and issuing inspection and testing data and results ； (3) Falsifying the signatures on inspection and testing reports and original records, or having an unauthorized person issue inspection and testing reports ； (4) Failing to detect key items, interfering with the inspection and testing process, or altering the testing methods for key items, resulting in inaccurate inspection and testing data and results ； (5) Swapping inspection and testing samples or deliberately altering their original state in order to conduct inspections and tests and issue corresponding data and results ； (6) Other circumstances of providing false inspection and testing data or results. 4. Sealing issues: (1) The organization should establish rules for the use of the qualification certification mark and the special seals for inspection and testing. (2) Use the accreditation mark correctly in the inspection and testing report, as well as affix the special seal for inspections and tests. The official account 【Laboratory ISO17025】 reminds that when issuing reports without the accreditation mark, it should be stated that they are for internal use only and do not serve as proof for external parties, or similar wording. (3) Not to transfer, lease, or lend the qualification certification and marks ； Do not forge, alter, misuse, or lease qualification certification certificates and marks ； Do not use expired, revoked, or canceled certification certificates and marks. (4) There are no other instances of improper use of the qualification certification mark.
