The catalytic and coking liquefied gas used in the gas separation unit is desulfurized before leaving the unit; the total sulfur content in this desulfurized liquefied gas is around 2500. After entering the gas separation unit as feed gas, it undergoes another desulfurization process (amine scrubbing). The total sulfur content in the MTBE produced when carbon 4 is fed into the MTBE unit remains below 10PPM. However, the Drabek test for MTBE often fails, and I believe this is likely due to the sensitivity of the Drabek reagent to large molecular sulfur compounds. I have conducted the doctoral experiment; the biggest factor affecting the experimental results is thioether. In the presence of thioether, the results are inaccurate. The first step is to remove the thioether, and then proceed from there.

I’ll look for the relevant information; it’s on my old computer. I remember there were three bottles: the first one was used to measure/eliminate hydrogen sulfide, while the second and third ones were used for removing disulfides. I’ll search for it and get back to you as soon as possible
