How to handle the flare venting from styrene plants

Dear colleagues, how should the flue gas from the styrene plant be handled? Can it be combined with the flue gas from the entire plant? Is there a risk of polymers clogging the oil and gas pipelines? According to SH 3009-2013, the Design Code for Flammable Gas Emission Systems in the petrochemical industry, 5.3.1 states that the following gases shall not be discharged into the plant’s overall flammable gas emission system: b) Flammable gases that are prone to polymerization and may have an adverse effect on the flow capacity of the pipes in the emission system；
They can be combined, but the back pressure of the torch needs to be taken into consideration.
