What is the reason for the high nitrogen content in the nitrogen inlet flash tank of the alkylation unit? Thank you
It occurred at the beginning of operation or during normal operation.
This issue occurred both at the start of operation and during normal operation; a blind flange has been installed for nitrogen.
Is there air leakage into the system due to issues with the sealing or isolation air flow in the compressor?
It can be checked from the following aspects: 1. Whether there is a leak in the nitrogen seal of the refrigerant compressor; 2. Even though a blind flange is installed on the nitrogen pipeline, whether there are any defects that could cause minor leaks; 3. Whether the acid drainage tank located beneath the refrigerant tank is pressurized with nitrogen
So the nitrogen lines should all be checked to see if there are any omissions. It is also very likely that it is a problem with the compressor’s seal; I am not familiar with the specific type of seal you use.
Compressors rarely fail; it is crucial to check other nitrogen sources. After you confirm that the other nitrogen sources have been sealed, then get in touch with the press manufacturer and ask them to send a technician over.
