Dear experts: Our company is planning to adopt an SPG process for producing polypropylene. Aside from the Research Institute, are there any other design institutes that can develop this process? Has Jining Chemical Engineering Design Institute designed such devices before?

Under the guidance of Teacher Gao from SPG Remote, our institute designed one set two years ago and successfully put it into operation. If you need it, @me
I have friends from Lu Qing Petrochemical; they use the SPG process, but I’m not sure about the design details. Beijing Huafu?
Could you give me a contact method? My email is Connell5628369@163.com
The only company using the SPG process is Beijing Huafu, where Teacher Gao works. But have you conducted any research on market competitiveness? The PP powder produced by SPG can be profitable only under specific market conditions (the margin for profit is very narrow).
Are there any research materials on this? Is it convenient to provide?
SPG is an obsolete PP process that is only suitable for refineries that produce small amounts of propylene as a by-product, for small-scale production of powder materials, and where there are plastic-related downstream manufacturing enterprises or markets within 100 kilometers to absorb the output. In the absence of such conditions, it is better to sell the propylene or use it as fuel gas.
Under the guidance of Teacher Gao from the SPG process, our institute (Grade A) designed one set the year before last and successfully brought it into operation. If needed, @me asd952628@163.com
