I’m seeking help from those who are familiar with tank construction. The largest single-tank capacity for storage tanks that are currently in use in China is likely 150,000 cubic meters, for floating roof tanks. What type of central drainage system is used in tanks of this capacity, and what is its performance? For tanks with capacities of 100,000, 125,000, and 150,000 cubic meters, is it better to use imported flexible hoses or domestic segmented hoses? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. If money isn’t a concern, imported hoses are definitely the better choice. The large hoses made by MESA in the United States have a good reputation for quality, but they are expensive – around 250,000 RMB per piece. Domestically produced rotary elbow types offer better cost-performance. Dividers have caused many problems, so their use is not recommended.

Regardless of the cost, I personally think it’s better to use a hose; otherwise, it will be very difficult to deal with any leaks that occur.
