Just avoid glass and seal it with cement.
Ultra-thick plexiglass or glass of a certain thickness can also be used for reference.
Check how low the pressure is; if it’s less than 1.03 kPa, there’s no need to worry about it. Refer to Table G3 in GB/T37243 – 1.03 represents the typical pressure at which glass breaks. If the pressure is greater than 6.9 kPa, then there’s no point thinking about windows at all, as the structure itself will be damaged to some extent. In the case of control rooms, blast resistance measures must be implemented; in such situations, natural ventilation and natural lighting through windows are not possible...
