On August 4, Gulei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held an inauguration ceremony. Shen Zhiping, member of the municipal Party committee and secretary of the district Party working committee, Zhu Jinmei, deputy general manager of Huaneng (Fujian) Energy Development Co., Ltd., Hong Weidong, general manager of State Grid Zhangzhou Power Supply Company, and Zhan Wei, a first-level researcher at the district management committee, attended the ceremony. It is reported that Fujian Gulei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company established with contributions from State Grid Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd., Zhangzhou Gulei Port Construction and Development Co., Ltd., Zhangzhou Jiulong River Group Co., Ltd., and Huaneng (Fujian) Energy Development Co., Ltd. Its registered capital is 201 million yuan, and its main business areas include power supply, engineering and technical research and development, comprehensive energy services, promotion of energy-saving technologies, promotion of new material technologies, as well as the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging facilities. As part of the second batch of pilot areas for incremental distribution networks approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Gulei Petrochemical Industrial Park will have Gulei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in charge of the investment, construction, and operation of the incremental distribution networks within the park. An investment of 3.22 billion yuan is planned for the construction of power grids at various levels. The company will also work closely with the park’s customers, integrate actively into the park’s development, and provide services to support the growth of industries there, offering comprehensive energy efficiency solutions to the park and its management committee with a focus on greater efficiency, higher standards, and professionalism.
