On the morning of September 8, 2021, Fuzhou ** held a symposium on connecting foreign-funded projects in Xiamen, with leaders from Fuqing City, including Ye Renyou, Lin Hezhi, and Gao Xiqing, attending the event. The project for producing 200,000 tons of high-strength polyolefin film materials per year is located in the Rongqiao Development Zone, covering an area of 179 mu (approximately 119,474 square meters). The total investment in this project is 1.6 billion yuan. The project will introduce another 6 of the world’s most advanced Brückner production lines, thereby creating the \"Furong New Materials Smart Industrial Park\" – an area that integrates intelligent manufacturing, smart supply chains, and the industrial Internet. The overall technical level as well as energy consumption levels of this project will be at international advanced standards, contributing to the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. Once completed, the project’s output value is expected to reach 3 billion yuan. As a domestic technology-driven enterprise integrating the research, development, production, and sales of BOPP, Furong New Materials has formulated a clear mid- to long-term development strategy known as the “311” plan: by 2025, the company aims to achieve a market value of 30 billion yuan, output value of 10 billion yuan, and net profit of 1 billion yuan. In the future, the company will pursue the development of \"Furong New Materials Smart Industrial Parks\" in other major target markets across the country. By 2025, it plans to establish a strategic network of 6 production bases and 30 production lines nationwide.
