To implement the Action Plan, the province will further enforce the Measures for the Management of Chemical Industrial Parks in Shandong Province, formulate guidelines for dynamic management of these parks on a hierarchical and categorized basis, and carry out the “Four Batches” initiative: strengthening a group of competitive parks, refining a group of parks with distinct characteristics, upgrading a group of parks with potential, and phasing out or transforming a group of unqualified parks, thereby enhancing the overall strength and core competitiveness of these industrial parks.
