Basic Information: Project Name: Construction of the New No. 2 EVA Project by Zhongke (Guangdong) Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd ； Construction nature: Renovation and expansion ； Industry category: C2651 Manufacturing of primary forms of plastics and synthetic resins ； Site selection for construction: The reserved area located at the southeast corner of the Zhongke (Guangdong) Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. facility in Zhanjiang Development Zone. It is situated to the south and west of the existing 1# 100,000-ton/year EVA plant. The latitude and longitude coordinates of the planned main plant area are N21.041230, E 110.463832; the land is classified as industrial land of category three ； To the south of the project site is land reserved for future development; to the east are the vertical warehouses and the existing EVA and HDPE plant areas; to the north is the ethylene plant area, while to the west is the first circulating water facility in the chemical industry zone ； Construction unit: Zhongke (Guangdong) Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd ； Construction investment: Total investment of 1,938.53 million yuan, of which 43.6 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures ； accounting for 2.25% of the total investment ； Land area: 45,000 m2 (approximately 67.5 mu) ； Construction contents: Build a new 100,000 tons/year EVA production plant, including the main production equipment, as well as supporting auxiliary facilities such as a recirculating water system, storage areas, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, and electrical and instrumentation systems. Labor quota and shift system: 43 additional employees assigned ； 334 days of production per year, 8000 hours of working time per year, with a three-shift system. Construction period: 24 months.
