Name of the construction project 　　　　Name of the construction project: Liaoyuan Tianying Alcohol Production Technology Co., Ltd.’s Liaoyuan Green Methanol Synthesis Project 　　　　Location of construction: South of the intersection of South Second Ring Road and Kangle Street, within the Chemical Industry Park of Liaoyuan High-Tech Industrial Park 　　　　Overview of the proposed project: The project aims to use green hydrogen produced by upstream hydrogen production companies, carbon-containing mixtures generated by companies that deal with green carbon production as well as the utilization of waste heat and electricity, as well as carbon-containing mixtures produced by green syngas production companies (with CO2+CO as the main components), as raw materials for the production of green methanol. This methanol will be sold as a fuel for green shipping. Taking into account factors such as **industrial policy, technical reliability, corporate investment, and raw material supply, the construction scale for the first phase of this project for methanol production has been set at 170,000 tons per year, with an expected methanol output of 150,000 tons per year. 　　 　　II.
