As the title suggests, what is the precision of the inlet filters on the propylene recovery compressors in everyone’s installations? Is it cleaned frequently?
10 microns; the filter element needs to be replaced every few months

This inlet filter serves as a backup filter; the fine powder is mainly filtered out by the upstream filter bags. The performance of these upstream filter bags affects the service life of the filter element at the compressor inlet.
