Zhongcuici received an invention patent grant: “A rod-shaped Cr-doped Silicalite-1 catalyst and its preparation method and application”. As shown by data from the Tianyancha app, Zhongcuici (688267) has obtained a new invention patent, titled “A rod-shaped Cr-doped Silicalite-1 catalyst and its preparation method and application”. The patent application number is CN202311360590.4, and the grant date was October 31, 2025. Patent abstract: The present invention provides a rod-shaped Cr-doped Silicalite-1 catalyst, as well as its preparation method and applications. The dimensions of the catalyst particles are in the range of (0.6–2.0) micrometers * (0.2–0.3) micrometers * (0.05–0.15) micrometers. Based on the mass of SiO2, the loading amount of metallic Cr is 3–12% of the SiO2 mass. The preparation method for this catalyst involves first using hydrothermal crystallization to produce a S-1 zeolite slurry containing a chromium source; this slurry is then dried to achieve the desired water content to obtain a dry gel material. Subsequent crystallization reactions and oxidation calcination in an air atmosphere yield the catalyst. The preparation method of this rod-shaped Cr-doped Silicalite-1 catalyst is simple. The propane dehydrogenation reaction was used as a model reaction to evaluate its performance in the dehydrogenation of lower alkanes, and it was found to exhibit a high propane conversion rate and propylene selectivity, making it suitable for commercial application. Since the beginning of this year, Zhongcuici has been granted 11 new patents, a decrease of 60.71% compared to the same period last year. Based on the company’s financial figures for the first half of 2025, the company invested 23.4351 million yuan in research and development during this period, representing a 11.43% increase compared to the previous year.
