According to Sinochem New Network, from January to November, Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemicals’ production and sales volume of pre-baked anode petroleum coke both exceeded 120,000 tons, reaching the best levels ever recorded. As a high-end carbon material, pre-baked anode petroleum coke is widely used, and market demand for it continues to grow. To this end, Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical has developed a model for the creation of high-end carbon materials, formed specialized task forces, and coordinated efforts related to crude oil allocation, process routes, and production adjustments, pushing forward the stable production of petroleum coke for pre-baked anodes as a key annual task. To increase production, the staff on duty increase the frequency of inspections to closely monitor the operation of key equipment; the task force tracks daily data on production volume, quality, and energy consumption, adjusting production plans accordingly. Through collaborative efforts from all staff, high and stable production of pre-baked anode petroleum coke is achieved. In addition, Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical has strengthened coordination between production and sales, actively addressed the key needs of its downstream customers, optimized processes such as loading and shipment, and continuously improved the efficiency of linking production with sales. As a result, it exceeded the production and sales targets set by the headquarters, achieving the goal of expanding market share and increasing efficiency.
