The catalytic smoke extractor wears out after about 50 days of use; how can this problem be improved?

The wear is quite severe. The tips of the leaves have worn out into grooves. It is only possible to return it to the factory for blade repair and dynamic balancing.
Was the flue gas quality analyzed? Operationally, check the single-stage and total centrifugal pressure drop in the regenerator, as well as the centrifugal pressure drop of the three centrifuges, to determine where the problem lies; it is likely that there is a leakage in the regenerator.
For our scaling issue, we carried out a thermal cleaning operation online once during a severe incident, which had some effect; the vibration of the tiles decreased, and the system continued to operate for over eight more months. Later, during the equipment maintenance, a spare rotor was directly installed.
